ABOUT US

One French, one Chinese—two people obsessed with baking (and occasionally arguing about it). What started as a pandemic experiment turned into PS & Yao Bakery, where we mix classic French techniques with bold Asian flavors.

We give madeleines a makeover, dressing them in vibrant colors and intricate shells, then packing them with flavors like matcha, yuzu, and black sesame. No plain Jane bakes here—just handcrafted treats, a little kitchen chaos, and the occasional French swear word.

No storefront, no mass production—just good bakes made with care. Eat first, ask questions later.
