Let's start with "Yunnan": Yunnan is a province in South East China (where Yao is from!) bordering Tibet and mostly famous for its Pu-erh tea and its luxurious landscapes, including the far eastern edge of the Himalayas.

Yunnan coffee is often described as smooth, balanced, and mildly fruity, with a medium body and low to medium acidity.
